As you’ve started the grind for CR7 in the new season pass, you may have some questions, such as:
- What happens if I miss a weekly challenge?
- How much can I miss and still get CR7?
- How do I unlock the next page?
Hopefully, we’ll be able to answer these questions in this article.
*Editors note – We have updated the calculations as of 20/02 to the correct accuracy.
Amount of SP needed for Ronaldo
To be able to get your hands on the man himself, you’ll need to spend a total of 10,625 SP. While Ronaldo’s item itself costs 450 SP in the Season Pass, you’ll need to unlock every single item before Page 8 to be able to snag him. If you’re on the regular pass (meaning not the Premium version), you’ll simply have to gather all the SP needed for each item on the pages still without having purchased them).
Fastest way to get there
If you want a headstart on the grind or if you’re starting late, the Deluxe Pass is the obvious go-to when you’re buying the Team Pass. It grants you 1,800 SP to start you right off. This will grant you the funds to unlock all of the 3 first pages of the season pass, meaning you’ll only be needing 8,825 SP for Ronaldo afterwards.
To gain the SP required, you’ll have to (according to UFL) complete weekly challenges – but we recommend to complete the daily challenges as well to ensure you get the SP needed and if the weeklies are turning out to be tougher than expected to complete.
How much does each weekly challenges completion give?
According to UFL’s own great guide regarding the February Challenges (found here), completing all the weekly challenges will grant you a total of 820 SP. This means that if you start off with the Deluxe Pass and only complete weekly challenges, it will take you 10 weeks to get the amount needed.
Now, if we include the Daily Challenges in this calculation, which grant 155 SP per day, things look a bit different schedule wise. Assume you complete each of the daily challenges every day, for a single week. This will grant you 1,085 SP per week. Now you’re instead looking at a total of 1,905 (!) SP per week. In theory, you would therefor be able to get Ronaldo after only 5 weeks if you maintain this consistent schedule, essentially receiving Ronaldo in only half of the time!
How much can I miss and still get Ronaldo?
Well, to sort this question out we have to look at the results from the calculations provided above. The Season Pass ends on 03/04/2025 which means that as of this date (16/02) have 45 days or around 6,5 weeks remaining of the pass.
With the Regular Pass starting from zero today:
- Total SP required: 10,625
- Complete all weeklies (6 weeks = 4,920 SP) plus at least 37 sets of dailies (5,735 SP)
With the Deluxe Pass starting today (or if you’re already on page 4 with Regular Pass):
- Total SP required: 8,825
- Completion options:
- Complete all weeklies and dailies for 5-6 weeks, or
- Complete all weeklies (6 weeks = 4,920 SP) plus at least 26 full sets of dailies (4,030 SP)
- Latest start date to complete via daily challenges without buying SP: March 7
If you’re currently at the start of page 6:
- Total SP required: 4,990
- Completion options:
- Complete all weeklies (6 weeks = 4,920 SP) plus one day of dailies (155 SP), or
- Complete 3 weekly sets (2,460 SP) plus 17 full sets of dailies (2,635 SP)
Note: These calculations are with the expectation that you have all challenges remaining for the week/day.
The SP Store
The SP Store was being displayed on the Deluxe Pass earlier as part of the perks, but has currently been hidden from view. According to information we’ve received, the SP Store will return and be properly implemented in the game sometime during the season. As we have no data to go on there, that could provide to be a bonus if you’re willing to spend some money to get the SP that is missing.
Closing words
Yes, the grind for CR7 is demanding and that has been clear from the start. Meanwhile UFL are also helping out with increasing the rewards for challenges and weeklies based on feedback – and not to mention the bonus challenges that appear sometimes. We’re confident you’ll make it – best of luck!
