I got him in the fourth pack, buddy. But two of those packs came from the Season Pass rewards; then I saved up 2k SP to buy the promo bundle containing four packs. Van appeared in the fourth pack, though I actually bought six in total. To pull Okocha, I opened a few more—around 10 packs.
