I wanna evolve him to a 90+, he is being very solid for me apart from the weak foot (Wich is a crime by the way, he is very decent with his left foot IRL)
I will try to update his rating here as the time goes by.

Agreed, there’s a few suspicious ratings on his card, but that can be “solved” by leveling up, but the weak foot will be 1 forever unfortunately.
At the moment he is 72 for me, he is being very solid apart from the weak foot, he is the player I decided to pick at low rate and upgrade for as long as I play, never will replace him.

I get that! It’s great he’s solid for you despite the weak foot. Upgrading him over time sounds like a fun strategy, especially since you’re attached to him. Hopefully, the upgrades make up for that weak foot!
