We’re finally ready to reveal that S2 of Scout Strikerz is scheduled for March 24 – March 30. We’ve learnt a lot from the first iteration, and are now ready to produce an even better tournament. Once again, the top three winners will receive rewards (in both regions).
Changes from S1
- S2 will not be worldwide but only focus on the South & North American regions to maintain good ping between games. North America will play in their own groups & finals, and South will do the same. There will therefor technically be two tournaments going on in S2. Double the action!
- Instead of having matches scheduled at the same time, we will extend the tournament to be played over the entire week.
- As we’re eagerly awaiting and hoping that the ET+Penalties functionality for casual games will be implemented, we’ll still add bigger time slots between games in case there are rematches that need to be played.
- Participants will be a total of 64
- 32 in the South American group
- 32 in the North American group

New rules
- Signing up for the tournament will require you to confirm your availability for these dates. Being drawn and not showing up for your game will permanently ban you from upcoming tournaments hosted by UFL Scout.
- Participants must confirm at least 1 hour before that they are ready for their upcoming match, otherwise they will be considered as disqualified. We will have a process for this.
- Menu interface has to be in English as the streams will be aimed towards an international audience.
- No 5ATB formations. It’s not entertaining for neither viewers nor your opponents.
Previous rules still in place
- Time wasting (playing the ball around for more than 8 minutes in game in your own half). This will not be seen as a buildup play and will disqualify the player.
