These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the UFL Scout website and mobile applications (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Provider

The Service is provided by Pinnacle Parameters, Blodstensvägen 5, 75258 Uppsala, Sweden ("Pinnacle Parameters"), which operates the UFL Scout website and mobile apps. References to "we", "us" or "our" in these Terms refer to Pinnacle Parameters.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You may use the Service only if you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your country of residence and comply with all applicable laws. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

The Service may allow you to submit content, such as comments, votes, and other contributions ("User Content"). You remain responsible for your User Content and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit it and that it does not violate any laws or the rights of others.

By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify and distribute such content in connection with operating and improving the Service.

UFL Scout provides comment sections and other interactive features to foster constructive discussion about players and the game. When using these features, you agree to:

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these guidelines and to take moderation action against accounts that breach them. Moderation actions may include, but are not limited to, removal of content, temporary restriction of commenting or GIF privileges, and permanent suspension of your account. The duration and scope of any restriction is at our sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features and functionality (such as databases, layouts, designs, logos and software), is owned by Pinnacle Parameters or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with or links to third-party services such as Apple App Store, Google Play, Twitch, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, email or AI providers, and GIF content providers. Your use of those third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

GIF content within the Service is provided by Klipy and GIPHY. When you search for or view GIFs, your search queries are sent to these providers and media content is delivered from their servers. This means your IP address and search terms may be processed by Klipy and/or GIPHY in accordance with their respective privacy policies. We do not control or host the GIF content itself, and it remains subject to the terms and policies of the respective provider.

8. Paid Features & In-App Purchases

Some features of the Service may be available as paid upgrades, including through in-app purchases in the Apple App Store or Google Play. All purchases are processed by the relevant store and are subject to their terms, including any rules on billing, refunds and subscription management. We do not control or store your full payment details.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not make any warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the Service, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any data or content will be accurate, complete or up to date. Player data, ratings and other in-game information are provided for informational purposes only and may change at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pinnacle Parameters and its directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall be limited, to the extent permitted by law, to the amount you paid (if any) for access to the relevant part of the Service during the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, are using the Service in a way that creates risk for us or other users, or as required by law. You may stop using the Service and, where available, delete your account at any time.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the Service or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as displaying a notice in the app or on the website. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

13. Governing Law

Unless otherwise required by mandatory local law, these Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Service are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
